Facing & sunlight
The road side of AD SUN SKY faces North-West, according to the compass on the architect’s plans. North-East and South-East sides get the morning sun; South-West and North-West sides get the afternoon and evening sun.
The model is an indicative massing drawn from the brochure plans: wing footprints, the 12 homes per floor, the podium lawn, gazebo, play area, temple and court, and the 18 road-facing shops. For the real finishes and interiors, open the walk-through.
